13 year old Rott/Lab mix, was run over/tumbled over by our Great Dane while going outside. She started walking in circles and her eyes constantly twitch to the left, no vets are open right now. Currently 9 pm, any advice on what I should do?

If there is a localveterinary ER, Bean should be taken there for an exam. If this is not possible, confine her to a small room until morning when your veterinarian is available. If she should become lethargic or if symptoms worsen overnight, then she should be seen sooner rather than later. Do not medicate her without the advice of a veterinarian. The neurological symptoms seen may be related to the trauma of being rolled over or may be coincidental.
