My dog has a red circle spot with fur loss on her leg. What is it?

My 2 year old dog has a red circle spot on her leg her fur is gone from that area. Few weeks ago I noticed dirt like spots on her belly thought is was from outside. She is not itchy don’t seem to bug her. I look it up on google and now I’m worried. Pet's info: Dog | Black Mouth Cur | Female | spayed | 37 lbs

It's hard to tell, but this could be from an injury or it could be a ringworm lesion. To be safe, I think it's best to take Mia into the vet this weekend to get it diagnosed and treated. I hope this helps!
