Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | spayed | 10 months and 4 days old | 85 lbs
My dog's left leg is not working. She can move it forward and backward but its dragging when she walks, she doesn't feel the pain, she isn't crying and still wants to play. We went to the vet and they said it was not muscular. She is 11 months old and is a bernedoodle. Thanks for your help in advance!

If she is unable to feel the foot and place it correctly, without signs of pain it is likely there is an underlying nerve injury causing the limb to be numb. Unfortunately, in some cases amputation is necessary to prevent self trauma and further injury to the leg as they cannot feel cuts/grazes etc. Monitor closely for any skin damage and have her reassessed in 7-10days
