My puppy was bitten and can't stand. What if vet care isn't helping?

Unfortunately my puppy has been bitten by neck by a stray dog.since then he is unable to stand up.he is nearly one month old.local vet has dressed up the wound and injected dolonex 2 ml injection.but no improvement is showing till now.plz help.

He needs to be taking antibiotics every day for 1-2 weeks, he also need to take pain killers as he is likely to be in pain, you need to continue the treatment in order to see if he is getting better or not.
