What to do if a found baby bird is shaking and lying on its back?

I found a baby mossie and he eated very well but then suddenly he just lay on his back so I pick him up and he started to shake and move around like he is having a stoke what could it be?

This is difficult to say. Since this is a wild bird (Cape Sparrow), there may be a number of things wrong, such as infection or injury or even poisoning. I suggest you take the bird to a wildlife station. They should be able to help you and the bird.
