Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 55 lbs
my dog seems to have spat up a few spots of blood. We cannot be sure, didn’t see it happen, but now he has no interest in food, not even treats. He is alert, ate some grass and some water, but i need to know if he needs to go to the vet.

Hello. If you think you are seeing blood, then it might be best to have your vet check things out, especially if Chance is all of a sudden refusing all food. There could be an oral lesion, bad tooth, esophageal lesion, or even something in the sinuses or nasal passages.
