My dog is shaking, weak, and nose bleeding. What should I do?

Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund | Male | neutered | 1 year and 11 months old | 18 lbs

He starts shaking. He started to bleed yesterday from the nose I have replaced the pad 6 time full of blood he is weak now.

Bennie needs to go to an emergency clinic right now. This is a life threatening medical emergency. He is bleeding for some reason and that bleeding needs to be stopped and the cause found before he looses too much blood. Good luck.
