How much she needs to eat depends on the kitten formula that you use. There will be instructions on the packaging for her daily needed amount based on her weight, and you divide that amount into how many times per day you feed her. I would recommend that she stay on solely kitten milk replacer until 4 weeks of age, when you can start to introduce her to kitten food mixed with milk replacer. The momma cat might not be making enough milk even though you can see some. It can take little kittens some time to get used to a bottle. You could ask your vet for a tutorial on how to safely offer formula via a syringe or ask about tube feeding to make sure the kitten is getting enough nutrition. I see that she is about five weeks old at this point, so it's fine to start weaning her onto dry food. To help her wean and to get used to dry food, I would soak a high quality kitten formulated dry food in warm water until soft. Then mix that with kitten formula such as KMR to make a mush the consistency of oatmeal. Over the next two weeks, gradually increase the amount of dry kitten food and decrease the amount of water and KMR you use until she is eating the dry kitten food only. Give her a lot of love and attention, and if she continues to refuse to eat, then she may be sick and I would have her seen by a vet immediately. You should really try to get KMR ordered online as that is going to be the best to feed her. There are other brands you could get too like Just Born. Emergency homemade formulas are not nutritionally balanced for a kitten, so you should feed your kittens emergency formula for only as long as it takes you to get some kitten milk replacement formula -- hopefully no more than 24 hours.
