My dog's nails are long and curling. Can she see a vet without records?

I have a small dog since a few months old now she's ollllder. I dont have records owner was suppose to send..never did. Her nails are long.Oh she had 2 shots all I kno. People wont see her cuz of no records ..what to do they are curling under her feet

There is no reason for any veterinarian not to see your dog only because there are no records. The nails need to be cut by someone who knows how. Please try another veterinarian or possibly a groomer.
