What is this new, non-draining lump on my dog? Is it serious?

I noticed this last night and don't remember it being there the day before. It dosen't feel like its draining. Any clue what this is? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 80 lbs

I can't tell from the picture. I would recommend that you have TooShort examined by a vet. It could be something like an insect sting or allergic reaction, infection, ringworm, or even a tumor. A vet will do a thorough physical exam and may take a sample for examination under a microscope to make a diagnosis.
