My puppy has diarrhea for 3 days after drinking Christmas tree water?

My puppy has had diarrhea for 3 days. But is very active and drinks ton of water. Is only eating his food slightly less. I did catch him drinking xmas tree water. Any suggestions or recommendations? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 5 months and 11 days old | 36 lbs

Three days of diarrhea is typically when I would recommend seeing a veterinarian. You could try a bland diet like 25% plain, boiled chicken breast and 75% plain white rice for a day to see if the diarrhea resolves, but if it continues, if you see any blood, or if Rust has been vomiting or has a decreased appetite you should see a vet.
