My dog is on Tramadol. Is Tralieve dosage the same or stronger?

My dog is taking tramadol 50mg Dosage one and half capsules a day three times a day = 225mg a day, I have been told I have to change to Tralieve what would the dosage be and is Tralieve stronger than Tramadol. she also takes Gabapentin 100mg twice a day. She weighs 9Kg is 12 years old. I would appreciate your advise Thank you Mark Fisher. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 2 years and 11 months old

Travlieve is a brand name for Tramadol, so it's likely the same dose, however you need to check with your regular vet to see if they intend you to change the dose or keep it the same. It's definitely a prescription medication, so it should come with instructions as well.
