Hi there. Your cat appears to have a full abdomen, but it doesn't mean she is for sure pregnant. The best thing would be to have your vet examine her and take an xray or do an ultrasound to look for fetuses. I hope that helps. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
