My cat's blood test shows elevated basophils. Should I be worried?

My cat's bloodwork came back, and his basophils show 0.57 which I am worried because the range is 0.01 to 0.26 k/ul. His eosinophilis is normal. Should I be worried that he has bone marrow problems, cancer, or liver disease? Pet's info: Cat | British Shorthair | Male | neutered | 12.8 lbs

In his case, they are just very mildly elevated and not really something concerning. That could be due to some degree or inflammation that may resolve on its own. Best of luck!
