My Australian Shepard, lab mix female dog Bear is pregnant, from her first heat, and about maybe a month, month and a half pregnant already. She is only 10 months old, should I be worried that she may face complications during her pregnancy? Pet's info: Dog | Australian Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 10 months old | 45 lbs

It's not likely she will face complications during pregnancy but because she is very young she may not be a very good mother so you may face a situation where you will need to take care of the puppies if she doesn't.
