New kitten sneezing: Is it too late to separate cats to prevent illness?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 1 month and 29 days old

I adopted a kitten he is now sneezing and sneezed on my other cat and came into contact with everything my other cat touches is it to late to separate the two cats

At this point, it is likely too late to separate them. Have the kitten examined by your veterinarian and treated for a respiratory infection if diagnosed. Monitor your older cat for symptoms and have him or her treated if necessary.
