My dog's stomach is swollen and heaving. Does this X-ray show GDV?

Hello, recently had a question answered regarding my dog being diagnosed with GDV, please can you confirm if in the X-ray attached in photos if the stomach did infact turn? She was heaving heavily and I could see her stomach had swollen significantly, she was also pacing around the house and refused to eat (did drink a lot of water at first), she did however not vomit at all. Thanks and kind regards. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | 11 years and 10 months old

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! An official diagnosis requires at least 2 view radiographs. However, this 1 view definitely looks consistent with a GDV and warrants a veterinary evaluation as soon as possible. Best of luck!
