My puppy threw up worms, is bleeding, and won't eat. What should I do?

My puppy threw up worms but today she had a steady blow flow like a period from her butt she isn't eating but she is drinking water

It is not normal that Pig has a steady blood flow from her behind, and it could be the heavy burden of worms, but it could be something more serious such as parvovirus. I would consider this a medical emergency, and I strongly urge you to take her into a vet now. Best of luck.
