My two year old male cat Pharbie is bleeding when he poops and I think his tummy is swollen to. What's wrong with my baby?

There could be a couple of reasons why Pharbie has a swollen tummy and is bleeding when he poops. It could be he's gotten into something rotten or toxic, may have a foreign body, could have GI ulcers, could have an anal sac abscess or rupture, or could have trauma to his GI tract. This is something that should be checked out by a vet as soon as possible, so I'd take him into one now. Best of luck.
