My dog's testicle color is changing and he has a rash. What to do?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 3 years old

His testicle color is also changing his half testicle is of pink white skin and half color is black earlier whole testicle used to be black he had skin rashes as well get prescribed clobetasol propionate of lox’s in miconazole nitrate and zinc sulfate lotion these all things are in one lotion but when this going to be ok it’s since last 2 months I am also attaching photos as well if u know any other treatment or home remedy pls tell

I am sorry to hear about your issues with Bruno, it can be very frustrating dealing with skin problems. I cannot really see anything unusual in the photo provided. Sometimes skin pigmentation can change in dogs, so if the pigment has changed but it isn't irritated/red/itchy/oozy then I would just monitor. If it is irritated/itching despite current treatments he may need additional testing such as culture of the skin or allergy testing to determine why this is a problem.
