Pet's info: Dog | Pembroke Welsh Corgi | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 28 days old | 26 lbs
Hi, is neuter male corgi necessary? Will this surgery remove his genital or just balls? Also, I am afraid it will influence his confidence and living habits. If it is necessary, when is the best time to be neutered? Thank you!

Neutering is not necessary from a medical standpoint. However neutering will prevent unwanted breeding, and wandering off and testicular cancer (as only the testicles are removed) and in some aggressive males it will reduce aggressiveness as testosterone is implied in aggressiveness. If you want to have him neutered, it may be advisable to wait until he is about a year old, but he can be neutered any time.
