My cat Daryl chatters a lot in his sleep. The chattering usually wakes him up. Is this normal?

Your kitty is a very happy kitty, apparently, and feels very secure in your home. This is why he can then get into a deep sleep and dream. He is chattering because he sees all sorts of prey in his dreams and may be hunting. You might even see his hind legs running while he sleeps. All this is perfectly normal and a sign of a healthy happy cat! Naughty Daryl.....I hope you still had a Thanksgiving dinner :-D
