Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Male | 13 years and 2 months old | 31 lbs

I had a pug who's 14 years old he passed away today. when I took him to the doctor they did blood work and said he was a anemic but not low enough for him to collapse. Dr said all the organs were good and heart was strong. They gave me a supplement vitamin c dropper to give him that night he wasn't himself. I took him back to the emergency vet, he drop down to 13% his mouth was pale-looking and collapse again front. Doctor said there was no way to saving him. So I had no choice but to euthanize

Hello and thank you for reaching out to Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. I'm very sorry to hear about Scooters, it sounds like he became very acutely sick. It can be very difficult to make end of life decisions, but 14 years is a very impressive age!
