I want to put fertiliser on my lawn where my rabbits run around I was wondering if I could and if so is there a special fertiliser or is it not safe an I should reframe from doing it?

For the most part, traditional lawn fertilizers (that typically contain nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium) are only toxic if large volumes are ingested. If you use a liquid fertilizer or it rains after you apply granules you should wait until the grass is dry before allowing the rabbits to have access. If you simply apply granules it's unlikely that they would be able to ingest enough to cause an issue. You can certainly also look for a product that is labeled to be safe for pets.
