Why are these dark spots spreading all over my dog's skin?

Hi my dog Luna have this in her skin since she have 5 months and I thought It was gonna go away but it still there and everytime she have more and more and is all over her body and i was wondering what it is ty. Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Female | unspayed | 8 months and 24 days old | 45 lbs

It's difficult to say based on pictures along. Your second picture almost looks like a nipple, but I'm assuming this is not the case if more and more have been noted. Sometimes a bacterial skin infection can cause darker skin and a raised lesion, and skin infections can be common secondary to allergies. It's also possible that these are normal areas of pigmentation. I would recommend having your vet examine Luna's skin.
