Is the rattlesnake vaccine effective and safe for my small puppy?

Should my 3lb puppy be vaccinated for rattlesnake bites? I live in San Diego near a canyon yet she would always be indoors or leashes on the trail. Would it really help an animal this small? And would it create side effects for bleeding easily or bruising considering it is anti clotting? Pet's info: Dog | Papillon | Female | 3 months and 29 days old | 2.3 lbs

It's a very controversial vaccine without much scientific base behind it (unlike other vaccines which are proven to be effective), i would personally not recommend this vaccine for your dog or any other dog.
