My dog ate Cheetos and a trash bag, now he's vomiting. Is it serious?

My dog ate part of a trash bag and hot Cheetos. He’s vomited most of the Cheetos up but also has been vomiting up pieces of trash bag. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | neutered | 4 years and 11 months old | 185 lbs

I would recommend seeing a veterinarian if Rocco has vomited more than once. Hot Cheetos could certainly cause stomach upset but I would be concerned that part of the trash bag could be causing an obstruction if you are seeing pieces of the plastic as well. The vet might recommend an x-ray of Rocco's abdomen to rule out an obstruction and can also give medication to stop the vomiting.
