Why is my new puppy sneezing, congested, lethargic, and peeing dark?

last night, my puppy sneezed A LOT.. while sleeping he is also making occasional licking sound like something idk how to explain. his urine is dark yellow. no diarrhea, i note a very little lethargy today(its his second day here. yesterday he was crazier) , he's eating and playing well and fine. i think his chest is a little congested too. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 14 days old | 5.3 lbs

Sneezing can be a sign of an upper respiratory infection or allergies in a young dog. Since you think his chest seems congested too I would recommend seeing a veterinarian for an exam. If he does have something like an upper respiratory infection and evidence of a bacterial infection your vet might prescribe antibiotics. Dark colored urine may not be a concern - it can be a sign of urine concentration. I'm not sure what a licking noise while sleeping is - puppies can get hiccups, or it might be related to the chest congestion.
