My cat won't eat wet food. Is freeze-dried safe to feed her?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Cat | Siamese | Female | spayed | 10 months and 16 days old | 4.41 lbs

Skye is not eating her canned wet food anymore and I don't want to stop feeding her wet food. Is primal formula freeze dried safe to give her? I'm thinking of trying freeze dried for her but I want to ask before I do so. Thank you

Try giving her another brand of wet food, such as Fancy Feast, or warm up her regular wet food. Freeze Dried is not wet food and I would be concerned about bacterial contamination. You may also want to have her teeth and mouth checked by your veterinarian.
