Why is my cat not eating, has mouth wounds, bad breath, and a bump?

Recently my cat is having a wounds and blisters inside her teeth and mouth and the smell is not good. I also noticed the bump beside it. She does not eat much and drinks a little of water. Maybe you can help me, What can be treatment for this? As much as I want to consult a veterinarian I will love to however we don't have much money. I hope somebody will notice this and help me. Mingming really needs to see a vet soon. It looks pretty bad, and could be caused by a fractured jaw, severely infected teeth, or cancer. All of these issues would be treated completely differently. She would also benefit from some pain medications. Since we don't know what is the cause, it is difficult to recommend a treatment, and it is illegal for us to prescribe medications.
