My dog is long and skinny. How can I find out her breed and age?

Trying to figure out what breed my dog is. Humane society said she was 1 1/2. Not too sure she's that old. I've had dogs my whole life and she seems to still be teething still. I could be wrong. She's very long. When she stretches she's almost as long as my 59 Ibs pit mix. Very lengthy and skinny no matter how much we feed her. Any help is appreciated. Just curious. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 12 lbs

I wouldn't be surprised if a canine DNA test showed some Beagle or Dachshund in there somewhere. You will likely never truly know, but she is adorable. You can get a basic DNA test online or at the local Petco. A simple cheek swab submitted for analysis may provide at least an idea of what Lucy is. Good on you for adopting her!
