My dog is bloated and gassy after heat cycle. Should I worry?

My dog is almost 2 years old. She is currently going out of heat but I noticed today she is bloated. She is playful, and pooped 3x today all healthy looking and passing gas like crazy. Should i be concerned? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 10 months old | 26 lbs

As a first approach, I would suggest to withhold food for the next 8-12 hours and then start feeding with a bland diet based on boiled chicken and rice in small portion every 6 hours for the following 48hours. Then gradually reintroduce the normal diet over 5 days. I would definitively recommend a veterinary check up if the signs (bloat) persist or you notice diarrhoea, vomiting, lethargy or inappetence.
