My guinea pig isn't eating, drinking, has diarrhea. What to do?

What can I do my guinea pig is really still it’s alive but it’s barely drinking water and almost not eating she has a little of diarea.

I am sorry to hear about your guinea pig. It sounds like she definitely needs veterinary attention. There could be many different causes for her symptoms, ranging from infections, GI stasis, and dental issues. I would get her to the vet as soon as possible. In the meantime you can soak some guinea pig pelleted food in water and blenderize it, then use an eye dropper or syringe without a needle to try to feed Caramel to provide some calories.

    This is an emergency. Guinea pigs are like little cows and need the help of bacteria to digest their food. If they do not eat for 2 days, these bacteria die and your guinea pig will be starving and possibly can die. Diarrhea is another sign of a disorder of the gastro-intestinal tract. You will need to take her to a Pet ER or veterinarian who is familiar with treating guinea pigs. Here is one that also treats exotics: http://www.salinaanimalemergency.com/
