My cat has been pooping on the same spot in my room. He's been doing it for a while now and nothing I've done to stop him has worked and I can't figure out why he does it. Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | neutered

Sometimes, as cats age, it is difficult for them to get in and out of a litterbox that has higher walls, which could be contributing to his issue. Additionally, how frequently are you cleaning/competely dumping and scrubbing the litterbox? Some cats become very particular about the cleanliness of their box. I would also have Mio evaluated by his regular veterinarian, to determine if there is a medical or behavioral basis to his defecation in your room. Good luck!
