My blind dog cries 24/7 and has a runny nose. What can I do?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 1 month old | 2 lbs

I know my dog is blind but IDK how to help him. he cry's 24/7 and he seems to have a really bad runny nose there's no build up around his eyes or anything so I don't think he is sick. I just wanna help him but IDK what I could do to do so?

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! The runny nose may be due to an upper respiratory infection. This warrants a visit to the veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. If they agree this is likely they may prescribe antibiotics. Crying may be a sign of discomfort and your veterinarian can also check on that. Best of luck!
