My hamster is stiff and not breathing. Is it hibernation or death?

Pet's info: Small Animal | Hamster | Male | unneutered | 2 years old

I have winter white dwarf hamster. This is the third day he is not moving at all. Not breathing, does not have a heart race, stiff but not convulsed, legs are not curled up, warm, mouth closed, eyes almost completely shut.I do not know would he hibernate because the temperature in the room where he is is always the same.He was acting normal two days prior to this, eating, drinking, playing, but last day he did not want to play, and had some red, kinda wet thing on his genitals.Could it be hibernation

Thanks for reaching out about Biskvit. Unfortunately, it does not appear that he is alive. During hibernation, they are still rousable but lethargic, still breathe. It is recommended that you visit a veterinarian to confirm death. sorry.
