My 4lb dog is hot, whistles, and stomach growls. What's wrong?

Recently it seems like Precious has been drinking more water than usually. However, I measured it & it seems like she’s not drinking enough. On Monday she drunk like 2.7 oz & today about 3 oz (she drunk water 10 times today). when she’s laying next to me she seems to be giving off heat. Also sometimes when she lays down I hear a whistle for a while. Or I hear her stomach “growl.” She’s playing, eating, & her pee seems normal. What could this be? I plan on taking her in in the morning. She’s 4lbs. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 9 years and 10 months old | 4 lbs
