My dog is peeing blood and vomiting. What's causing these symptoms?

My dog is peeing and blood is coming out and he is vomiting his food I have no clue what this means.

Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. Tip toe needs to go to a veterinarian immediately. Urinating blood can indicating a bladder infection or something potentially life threatening like a clotting disorder. The fact that he is also committing indicates systemic illness. The veterinarian will perform a physical exam and then recommend diagnostics such as urinalysis bloodwork or possibly radiographs (xrays). Good luck and I hope he’s better soon.
