What oral medicine helps a dog with bleeding skin, hair loss, ear infection?

I feed this female Indian stray dog. Her body bleeds, lost all hair, has severe ear infection and very loosen skin. She is really irritated because of the condition. Plz recommend any oral medicine that I can mix in the food I can serve her. Please advice any home remedies as well along with oral medication. Thanks in advance
