Hello, sorry to hear about Zeek. There are multiple causes for Zeek's signs. Given his history and the specs of blood, I would be most concerned with gastritis. This could be caused by multiple reasons to include food sensitivities, infections, ingestion of foreign material, pancreatitis, kidney, or liver disease. You should speak with you veterinarian about obtaining further diagnostics to rule these diseases out. Diagnostics may include bloodwork, abdominal ultrasound, radiographs, and endoscopy. Alternatively, you may need to see an internist to further evaluated Zeek's intermittent vomiting. In the interim, you may try a diet change, however, it may take several weeks to see a response to a new diet. Hope this helps and best of luck.
