My old dog won't eat, walk, or go outside to potty. What's wrong?

My dog is 15 and is rufusing food and walks which she normally loves. She won’t go out to the garden for her toilet either she is drinking a bit but I have to bring it to her. Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Female
