Hello my dog has little black dots on her nipples and yellow discharge she's not pregnant or spayed I dont know what o should do how soon should I take her to the vet. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | unspayed | 4 years and 8 months old | 68 lbs

The black dots are likely to be blackheads due to fat content in the are. The fact that nipples are producing milk may be due to a false pregnancy which is due to an hormonal imbalance. This problem is usually self limiting but if lasting more than 24 hours a check up would be required as specific medication can be prescribed.
