My dog suddenly can't move, his jaw was locked. When I feed him he can't chew his food and gasping for breath. He can't stand up anymore and cannot move anything only his eyes.

This sounds serious. A seizure could cause inability to move and abnormal breathing but should only last for a short period of time (less than 5 minutes). Neurologic disease would be another possibility. I would recommend seeing an emergency veterinarian right away, especially since Bossy seems to be having some difficulty breathing.
