I have recently adopted my friends cat. He wore a harness all the time before I got him and now has mattscunder his arms. How can I remove them or fix this issue. Pet's info: Cat | RagaMuffin | Male | unneutered | 8 months and 8 days old | 4 lbs

Poor kitty. You can gently tease the mats apart with your fingers, basically make them smaller and then they will come out easily. If you cannot do this without hurting your kitty, then have the vet or a groomer shave them out. No more harness for Milo!
