My dogs testicles have an injury a dog bite him and they are exposed

If the skin was damaged to the point that the testicles are exposed your dog must be seen by a veterinarian right away to assess whether the testicles can be saved and repaired, or whether he needs to have the damaged testicle(s) removed. This will likely also be infected. Please take your dog to a Pet ER now.
