My 4 year old male pitbull is randomly bleeding from his pee area he is not showing any change in mood or hunger or acting any different. This has happened before back in April of this year the vet office I visited couldn't find anything wrong with him they gave him antibiotics that he did finish. He is not constantly bleeding though

Poor Bruzer! I am concerned for him. There are several things that could cause this like an urinary tract infection, prostate infection, bladder stones, an injury on the penis or inside the prepuce, a urethral prolapse and more. I think he needs to be looked at again by your vet and more diagnostics done. Your vet should be able to do a prostate exam, an urinalysis, and a thorough exam of the penis and prepuce. They should be able to do an ultrasound or X-rays of the bladder if needed. Bleeding like this is definitely not normal and needs to be addressed. I hope this helps!
