My Frenchie's spay incision isn't healing after 2 weeks. Should I worry?

My frenchie got spayed 14 days ago and the inscision is still open from one side and a white thick liquid comes out. The first week after the procedure it was leaking a lot (pinkish color) and the vet gave her a treatment (antibiotics i think). As the wound was still not healed the vet continued with the treatment the second week.Should I be concerned that after 2 weeks of treatment she is not healed yet? She is a little better but still doesn’t eat much and is shaking when inspecting the wound. Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Female | spayed | 7 lbs

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! This is in fact concerning given the fact that it has not improved much. At this point, I would consider performing a culture of this discharge to check for evidence of a resistant infection that may be present so that targeted therapy such as the right antibiotic can be used. I would recommend you check in with your veterinarian again. Best of luck!
