My cat has brown/red discharge from her rear. Could it be anal sacs?

I recently adopted a spayed female cat she is 2 I don’t know where this gown brown red is coming from but think most likely from her butt. What do you think it could be.

It looks like it could be coming from Cheese's anal sacs. It may be they are infected. I'd take her into the vet first thing Monday morning to have this examined, diagnosed, and treated. Best of luck.
