My rescue dog only listens for food. How do I train his bad habits?

my dog is a stray dog I brought him home when he was few months old only he is one of the dogs that their body is bigger than their age I tried to train him about where to pee and how to behave but he can't understand me at all he is always eating my other dog's food and can't stop barking whenever he is outside and doing sounds he ignores me whenever I take him for a walk and never comes when I call him unless I have food my other dogs behave even if i'm using the same training methods

It sounds like he is very good motivated. I would use this to your advantage and make him “earn to play”. This means he must behave in order to get a treat or reward for everything. For instance, he must sit before you Put food down, he must sit before you go outside and before you give him a treat. Some dogs are food motivated and their lives revolve around food. Unfortunately this is difficult to change as it is a personality trait but you can use this in your favor for training. He is still young and will get better as he ages. You can put a citronella bark collar when he is outside to help with the incessant barking. I hope this helps!
