My 1-year-old puppy has back issues, can't walk. Non-surgical help?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 1 month old

I have a one-year-old puppy. he is male and paralyzed his legs are working well but the problem is in his back he stood up so many times but he can't walk properly. so I wanna know what treatment should I give him ? of course not the surgery because they don't do it here. he is not growing up at all what can I do he looks like 3 months old? his sister is growing up and fat and he is so skinny and small. Thank you

He could be smaller from lack of muscle. He may also be painful from his back which could cause him not to eat well so he isn’t growing normally. I recommend an exam with a Rehabilitation veterinarian or a veterinary acupuncturist. They are trained to treat dogs with pain and paralysis.
